When the body of a young man is found in Ripley's showpiece arcade, events begin to spiral out of control. Young Di Carlisle has got his teeth into Ripley's affairs - and has his eye on his wife...

Back in the seedy seaside town, a twisting, turning tale is interspersed with more impromptu musical fantasies - including songs of Johnny Cash, Tom Jones and others. Ripley Holden is back. Make that the Reverend Ripley. Having licked his wounds from his marriage break-up. He's newly returned from the bright lights and casinos of Vegas where he discovered God. Back at his spiritual home, Ripley has established Blackpool's first Vegas-style Chapel Of Love. With his daughter Shyanne as his assistant, the 'Reverend' performs themed wedding ceremonies from Dickens to Hogwarts. Ripley's content with his lot - a caravan in the Chapel car park - then he falls head over heels with hilted-at-the-altar Kitty De-Luxe and his mate dies and leaves him his football memorabilia, including the Jules Rimet Trophy. But is Kitty everything she seems? Will he have to steal his own inheritance? And will Ripley finally come out on top in this story of love, loss, blackmail and ice-dancing among the shimmering lights and seedy side streets of this glitzy seaside town?

Footage of the track renewal at North Pier including the single line and crossover moves at both North Pier and Gynn Square.
Standard car 147 made a rare winter journey to Fleetwood on 14th December. The events of the day are covered, starting at the tram depot in the morning. Filmed from the top deck of the tram, 147 does the zig zag move at North Pier and then runs wrong line to Gynn Square. Coverage continues from the front platform along Lord Street in Fleetwood and then back to Blackpool.
OMO 8 left the Rigby Road tram depot on 18th December. We followed the events of the day with 8 loading up, the road journey and off loading at its new home. See step by step footage as car 8 makes this historic journey.

Autumn 2005 Extra: Previously unseen footage filmed from the top deck of a City Sightseeing bus on Lord Street, Fleetwood on Tuesday 25th October - quite possibly the busiest Market Tuesday of 2005. Twin cars, Railcoaches and double deckers pass this unusual vantage point in a two hour frenzy during some interesting weather conditions! Superb footage!
